Graphic Products, Inc. Introduces New DuraLabel 7000 Label and Sign Printer

(Newswire Today) —  Beaverton, OR, United States, 2008-08-08 - New DuraLabel 7000 label and sign printer promises larger labels, faster printing, for industrial-quality labeling and signage.

DuraLabel 7000 label and sign printer is available with a larger printing size, increased resolution, and faster processing that will enhance the versatility and convenience of in-house label and sign printing. The newest in the DuraLabel regime, this larger-sized printer works alongside your PC to produce labels up to seven inches wide.

This desktop thermal-transfer printer uses self-adhesive vinyl and die-cut labels in widths from four to seven inches, making it ideally suited for making warehouse labels, OSHA-compliant safety signs, parking lot signs, and more. Its fast 2 IPS print speed and clear 203 dpi resolution produce high-quality printing that never smears, fades, or wears off.

The DuraLabel 7000 works with a user’s PC, much like a conventional printer, to maximize convenience and ease of operation. Additionally, the DuraLabel 7000 comes bundled with its own software, the Industrial Labeling Suite (or ILS), that includes RTK label database software with information on over 1,700 chemicals, and a specialized arc flash database specifically designed for customizing, printing, and organizing arc flash labels.

The DuraLabel 7000 produces extremely long-lasting labels that exceed most industry standards. The cost-effective labeling system uses high-quality DuraLabel vinyl that has an average indoor/outdoor life of six years, in addition to being moisture- and chemical-resistant. Supplies have been specially developed for use exclusively with the DuraLabel 7000. DL7-specific supply includes cold-storage label stock, repositionable label stock, DuraTag flexible tag stock, and self-laminating cable wraps, among others.

The range of supplies showcases the DuraLabel 7000’s versatility; it can print smaller cable wraps or large reflective parking lot signs (the printer divides words on reflective strips that can be set together).

To provide easy access for changing tapes and ribbons, the entire right side of the DuraLabel 7000 lifts up.

Oregon-based Graphic Products, Inc., a chief manufacturer and supplier of premier industrial labeling and printing products and supplies, has been providing exceptional service to a wide clientele since 1970.
