Galingayle, Lake Oconee's newest private gated community, is hosting exclusive Discovery Visits this summer, offering prospective buyers a private tour of the waterfront property and homesites and a chance to enjoy two nights in downtown Madison. Buyers can also take advantage of the last remaining reservations in Galingayle's Founder Program, with a limited collection of waterfront, estate and cottage homesites available.
With the Discovery Visit getaway, those interested in purchasing a homesite at Galingayle will enjoy two nights in the luxurious James Madison Inn at a special rate of just $249. The James Madison Inn is a landmark luxury hotel and conference center, located in the heart of downtown Madison, Georgia. Discovery Visitors will have plenty of time to enjoy Madison's most luxurious hotel, where each room's individual design features original artwork and furniture, as well as some favorite local goodies. The hotel is located just one block from the town square, home to many popular boutiques, antique shops, and restaurants.
The James Madison Inn is also just steps away from the Galingayle Sales & Information Center, where Discovery Visitors can learn more about the incredible lakefront community located just 15 minutes away on the shores of Lake Oconee. From there, they will also be treated to a private tour of the Galingayle property, with 300 acres and nearly two miles of constant-level waterfront. This exclusive pre-development tour will provide prospective buyers a rare opportunity to preview the waterfront homesites, equestrian estates, and private cottage lots, before they are ever opened to the public.
Development is already underway on Galingayle's incredible array of lake club and equestrian amenities. The early success has even led to the hiring of an additional full-time salesperson in the Galingayle Sales & Information Center, located in downtown Madison.
