This innovative software platform enables users to perform method definition from a periodic table, fast calibration using MVR with multiple analyte curve display, repetitive batch sample analysis, multi-purpose analysis display with wide ranging optional data and comprehensive post-treatment of results. The results are displayed in a result database viewer with advanced query filters and comprehensive post-processing functions, including statistics and can be easily exported into Microsoft Excel.
The ARL 4460 solution also features the on-line Spark-DAT option, which fully integrates into OXSAS. This enables cleanness statements and inclusion determinations to be performed in seconds during metals production, compared with traditional techniques which can take hours.
In addition, the ARL 4460 can be coupled to the Thermo Scientific ARL SMS-2000 automation system for fully automated sample preparation, sample handling and analysis. This integrated system is one of the best performing, cost-effective complete solutions available on the market for metals analysis.
