MasterKey Connects, a state-of-the-art, industry-leading risk management platform developed by Key Risk as a solution for interactive management of workers compensation claims management, was rated outstanding overall in a recent survey of users.
Two months following the initial release, MasterKey Connects’ users were surveyed on the usability and navigation of custom alert and reporting features, as well as overall assessment of the program. The respondents, overwhelmingly found the alert and custom reports feature to be beneficial and rated the program easy to navigate. Moreover, the majority of respondents reported using MasterKey Connects daily or several times a week.
