Red Ledges, a private golf and four-season recreational community located in the Heber Valley, announced today a new homeownership option called The Cottages. The Cottages at Red Ledges provide buyers with the luxury of owning their own home along with the convenience of low-maintenance living.
The Cottage collection includes a selection of five floor plans ranging from 2,200 square feet to over 4,000 square feet. Owners have the ability to customize their home's interior and have the option to choose between three distinct finish levels, including: contemporary mountain, cottage revival and alpine lodges.

Pacific and Kevin Price Designs created The Cottages to capture the spirit of authentic western living with the architectural character of such historic towns as Telluride, Colorado and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
