Virtually There VA Services, a Montreal-based Virtual Assistance company has announced that it is celebrating its successful first year in business by transforming from a Solo-Virtual Assistance practise to a Multi-VA company. The company has brought onboard a group of talented individuals in order to continue its growth while offering their clients additional services.
Virtually There VA Services owner Kelly Sims explains this move, "The company was founded in July of 2007 and has been steadily growing since its inception. My choices were to either start turning away new customers, or bring on additional help." Sims continued, "I had initially planned only to bring on one additional VA, but while I was in the hiring process, I spoke with other gifted individuals with skills that would allow me to even further expand my business and felt that this would provide my customers with an enhanced level of services."
The company has hired 4 new associates in total, allowing Sims to not only expand on the administrative services already being offered, but to add Bookkeeping, Translation, Graphic Design, Event Planning and Paralegal work. "I'm extremely lucky that I was able to find such an amazing group of people with whom to work. Not only is each member of this group extremely talented, but they treat my company and my clients with the same care that they would if they were their own clients."
The Virtual Assistance industry has grown enormously in the last few years thanks to technological advances that allow individuals to work virtually with the same results as in-house staff, but without the cost of hiring employees. "More and more business owners are discovering the virtual assistance industry. The tremendous growth of my business is proof that there is a huge demand for cost-effective solutions for entrepreneurs that either can't afford, or don't have the space for additional staff."
