Monica Carson, a recent graduate of the National Society of Career Management’s career coaching program, has joined the Ginac Group as a Professional Career Architect (PCA) will be providing clients with career development services.

Before joining The Ginac Group, Monica, a licensed CPA (certified public accountant) was employed at Dell in various capacities as a finance and project manager where she was responsible for global process standardization, team facilitation and employee development. She has served as a manager, mentor and coach to support team members in navigating career options and organizational issues.

The National Society of Career Management (NSCM), the career training which issues the PCA designation was the perfect fit for Carson, who, after years of working in finance realized that her passion lies with helping people and mentoring.
