Alphalogix™, IBM Business Partner and awarding winning provider of portal and workflow solutions, announced today that a leading HR consulting group selected the Tasica brand of workflow products for automation of their internal HR operations including time-off requests and expense reporting.
Prior to their selection, the organization managed internal HR operations with paper-based forms and manual processes. This however, created a challenge when managing and tracking a nationwide staff of consultants. Without an automated solution to unify and standardize their processes, human error and processing time extended simple request approvals and caused misappropriated resources.
