San Antonio, TX, United States, 07/07/2008 - Practice Management Institute® (PMI) announces five new classes for medical office professionals in its Online Learning Center. More than 90 classes promoting a range of skills, from billing and coding to nursing and dental terminology are available.

New topics include topics on patient satisfaction, management performance, public speaking for healthcare professionals, telephone etiquette and career transition for medical office professionals. Registered participants may access these instructor-led courses at any time via the web.
“These classes will bring more choices to our certified professionals seeking continuing education credits as well as those who want to strengthen their knowledge and skills without spending a lot of time out of the office,” said Douglas O’Dell, president and CEO of PMI. “Our online class participants enjoy convenient access to a range of topics and continuing education unit (CEU) opportunities.”
PMI’s Online Learning Center, presented in conjunction with Greenville Technical College, consists of courses for physicians and their staff, nurses, and dental office professionals.
