Austin's mistress of urban folk is rounding out her Texas performances right here in San Marcos before heading to Lusaka, Zambia in July. Erin Ivey's angelic voice and notorious stage banter come to Sean Patrick's on the heels of rave reviews from syndicated Hollywood gossip columnist Perez Hilton, who calls Ivey's music "sweet folk pop reminiscent of Soko and Yael Naim."

Erin Ivey - Austin's mistress of urban folk - was named one of the city's Top 4 Unsigned Artists in 2007. With an angelic voice and notorious stage banter, she is "making sweet folk pop reminiscent of Soko and Yael Naim" (Perez Hilton).

Based in Austin, Texas, Erin was one of 10 musicians sponsored by Red Bull to attend the 2005 Dallas Music Lab. In '06, she moved to the Midwest for a year to record demos. Since 2007, Erin has eschewed cubicle life forever, independently releasing and touring behind her first full-length album (The 11th Floor) and two EPs (Austin Lullabies and the Sweet Little EP).
