Marcos Ronquillo, Managing Partner of the Texas-based law firm of Godwin Pappas & Ronquillo PC, has been named one of Dallas’ top business defense attorneys by the Dallas Business Journal.

Mr. Ronquillo is one of just 15 attorneys selected by the newspaper for a special section titled “The Defenders,” which appears in the June 13 edition. “The Defenders” honors the attorneys that companies turn to when facing high-stakes commercial litigation. The selections for this year’s list were based on interviews conducted by the publication’s editors with general counsels, judges and attorneys.

This is the second time in three years that an attorney from Godwin Pappas & Ronquillo has been selected to “The Defenders” list. Firm Chairman and CEO Donald Godwin was among those honored on the inaugural list in 2006.
