Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc, provider of on-demand, integrated learning and talent management software, content and services, today announced that HeidelbergCement, one of the leading global producers of building materials, has selected Cornerstone OnDemand’s solution to support the organisation’s e-learning compliance training initiatives.
With a workforce of over 68,000 employees across 50 countries, HeidelbergCement required a functionality-rich compliance management solution that is easily configurable to evolve with business change, and highly intuitive to use. In addition, HeidelbergCement was looking for a platform that could support future talent management initiatives such as performance management and succession planning.
