Presented at a special ceremony held during the recent salesforce.com Dreamforce Europe User and Developer Conference, the partnership won ‘The Power of Us’ award for its innovative recruitment management solution.
The Appy Awards recognise the salesforce.com customers and partners who have taken salesforce.com and the SaaS industry to new levels of development, customisation and application excellence. Winners were chosen by an internal panel of experts based on a combination of usage metrics, technology innovation and business success related to their use of salesforce.com applications and the Force.com Platform.
Developed by Sofia Works, the award-winning recruitment management system is based on Force.com, salesforce.com’s Platform-as-a-Service. The application enables Teach First to better manage, record and evaluate the complex end-to-end graduate recruitment process from initial registration of interest to the final hiring decision process.
