The Law Offices of James Sokolove (LOJS), dedicated to providing equal access to the civil justice system, today announced four new case specialists have joined the firm’s Services Operations Group. This group works to provide superior service to LOJS clients and prospective clients.
“At LOJS, we have pioneered a consumer-focused approach to delivering legal services,” says Eric Van Horne, chief services officer. “We are committed to working with our affiliates to ensure the highest possible quality of services for our clients. These employees’ skills and experience in support services will be key contributions as we continue to expand our client services beyond just legal help.”
Case specialists work in a team environment to provide outstanding service to clients, potential clients, affiliates and internal customers. LOJS sees service delivery as a key to its overall corporate mission and uniquely believes outstanding service is defined by being responsive with a sense of urgency.

Hillary Hagler brings extensive experience as a trainer, classroom facilitator across several sectors of the service industry including financial, retail and food services. She is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts at Boston and attended Utah State University in Logan Utah.
Faith Muello is a paralegal with skills in both elder services and criminal justice. She has also been a legal assistant in law offices in Worcester and Newton. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Mount Ida College, as well as a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College.
Stephanie Romanos’ background includes investigatory screening for both law firms and the government. She also has experience working with trade unions representing various service employees and is an alumnus of The University of Massachusetts at Boston.
Elissa Webb, bi-lingual in English and Spanish, is skilled at working closely with individuals in her prior roles as an art instructor and college admissions counselor. She is also practiced in working in service environments. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York at Potsdam and also attended Bennington College in Vermont.
