The American Partnership for Eosinophilic Disorders (APFED) announced Tuesday morning the addition of Anne Munoz-Furlong to its board of directors. Ms. Munoz-Furlong brings with her 17 years experience gained as the founder, president and CEO of the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network. Eosinophilic disorders are closely linked to food allergies, often requiring a severely restricted diet as its long-term treatment.
