In his new role as Chief Economist, Dr. Aggarwal will focus on Frost & Sullivan’s global strategy for incorporating econometrics into comprehensive consulting solutions for the company’s clients. He will leverage the company’s global team of analysts, economists and growth consultants to create powerful forecasts, scenarios and growth opportunities for Frost & Sullivan’s client base. Dr. Aggarwal will also spearhead innovative presentations for the Chairman’s e-Broadcast series as well as Economic Summits and strategic insights at Frost & Sullivan’s global Growth, Innovation and Leadership (GIL) Congress.

Previously, Dr. Aggarwal consulted with many multinational corporations, government agencies, and international organizations on issues such as strategic planning, trade policy, and international negotiations. In addition to his diverse work experience, Dr. Aggarwal brings with him an outstanding academic background including a doctorate from Stanford University with a focus on international political economy. Dr. Aggarwal speaks five languages and lectures at top universities and executive education programs. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a founding member of the United States Asia Pacific Council.

Dr. Aggarwal has authored or edited sixteen books and over seventy articles. Additionally, he is the editor of the international journal Business and Politics.
