Harcase Software Ltd. today announced the general availability of its Enterprise Point of Sale Portal. The Harcase Point of Sale portal is a fully integrated web service solution that empowers producers with robust quote, submission and inquiry capabilities to ensure that they have the information and tools to be successful and to continually provide excellent customer service.
The Point of Sale Portal’s customizable desktop integrates an insurance company’s presentation artifacts and the business-related tools needed by producers and head office staff to be able submit, determine eligibility, bind, and issue and track a policy at all stages in the lifecycle. The fully-integrated solution has been developed by Harcase and has already been implemented in a number of P&C insurers’ head offices and has been rolled out to broker networks in North America by these carriers.
