WTG a leading provider of consulting skills and technology enablement services around Web 2.0, has transformed its sales management and bid process following the successful installation of salesforce.com. Sofia Works, a Select Consulting Partner for salesforce.com and SaaS business solutions provider, was chosen by WTG to drive the business transformation.
Following an existing self deployment of salesforce.com, WTG took the decision to enhance its sales operations and contacted leading SaaS business solutions provider and salesforce.com Select Consulting Partner, Sofia Works for assistance. Rather than simply carrying out a reinstall, Sofia Works began by running a bespoke, complementary 'health check' session.

This included a redefinition of the company’s entire bid management system, the creation of custom forms for opportunities, a structured qualification process, electronic ‘paperwork’, and automatic bid budget allocation.
