Tracy achieved this honor by topping its sales figures from first quarter 2007 and posting a 96.6 percent completely satisfied customers while servicing Cadillacs. In addition to strong results for Cadillac sales and service, Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac finished the quarter in the top 10 percent of all Chevrolet dealers in the Northeast region, including a 91 percent “completely satisfied” Chevrolet customers—a ranking far above the regional and national averages.
“In our 16 years in business, we’ve tried to set the bar pretty high when it comes to providing service to our customers. It’s extremely gratifying when the sales and customer satisfaction numbers bear that out,” said Tracy. “It’s a tough economy out there and people have a number of choices as to where to purchase their automobiles and where they have them serviced.
