After wining top honors for the 2007 year with Coldwell Banker Wardley Real Estate (over 500 agents), Richard & Lori Ballen felt they had reached their limit for new Las Vegas Real Estate Business. To these two business and customer oriented Real Estate Agents, this was not acceptable.
It was immediately determined that two people were simply not enough to handle the number of transactions and inventory volume that Richard & Lori Ballen desired.
