Salisbury, MD, United States, 2008/04/10 - Inacom Information Systems has announced their 2nd annual Delmarva Technology Expo. Business decision makers and information technology managers will benefit from a full day of demonstrations and breakout sessions - DelmarvaTechExpo.com.
This 6 hour event will allow attendees to explore many technologies that are being used throughout the Mid-Atlantic region to help organizations to increase customer responsiveness, contain costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen network security.
An expo-style trade floor will feature product information and demonstrations the Technology Expo’s co-sponsors, including Inacom Information Systems, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Avaya, Comcast, IKON, Symantec, Mail Movers, DiCarlo Precision Instrument, and Home Theatre Solutions. Cisco Systems will provide event attendees with a keynote address entitled "A Systems Level Approach to Network Security," showing how a comprehensive, layered approach to securing network endpoints will help organizations mitigate the threats from known and unknown network attacks.
Breakout sessions on special topics include web development and Internet marketing, network security, IP telephony solutions, Microsoft software, and internetworking devices from Cisco Systems. One of the more popular breakout sessions is expected to be the Windows Server 2008 sneak peak, which is modeled after the program developed by Microsoft for their popular, nationwide Launch Events.
Special appearances will be made by the Microsoft Across America Truck and the Cisco Systems Network on Wheels (NOW) van, which will host breakout sessions about their vendor's respective solutions. Microsoft will provide demonstrations of Windows Server® 2008, Windows SharePoint Server® 2007, and Office InfoPath® 2007. Cisco will demonstrate their Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA), Monitoring, Analysis and Response System (MARS) network security solution, and their current line of mobile networking technologies.
