Building on its continued investment in next generation technology, Magnet Business today ramped up its product offerings to include a new suite of services that combines voice and internet bundles with a high-end phone system. The launch of these converged services, aimed at SME’s, is Magnet’s first in a range of new products to be announced, that will enable customers to harness the full potential of the company’s high quality broadband solutions.
For a fixed monthly fee customers will be able to run voice and internet traffic over a single uncontended broadband link from Magnet Business. A next generation phone system with all the features and functionality of an enterprise level system, is also being offered as part of the new bundle. This is available either as a fully managed solution for those companies with limited or no technical resources or as an on-site option for larger companies.
With speeds of up to 15Mb and a range of competitively priced voice minutes covering local, national and international calls, Magnet’s offering is expected to lower telephony costs by on average 20% when compared to rival operators.
Commenting on the new product launch, Mark Kellett, CEO of Magnet Business said: “Many telecoms services impede rather than nurture company growth- simple line additions are never simple, customer service is frustrating and upgrades are costly failing to take into account the future requirements of businesses.” Kellett continues: “Our new packages compete not only on price and service, but on providing a solution that effectively caters for a business’s present and future needs. They are a demonstration of how true high speed broadband can deliver next generation solutions to Irish companies.”
Using a “no-size-fits-all” approach, the offerings are tailored to individual business requirements and offer the flexibility to change broadband speeds and voice minutes as well as add extensions and lines with minimal disruption. Businesses simply increase the size of their broadband connection- no additional lines, modems or phone cards are required.
The solutions also address the increasing need for mobility and flexible working by providing remote extensions. This allows business people to give their customers one number to reach them on whether working from the office, home, or even on holidays.
Speaking of Magnet’s future plans Kellett says: “Our investment in advanced network technology means we can cater for the services and industries of the future. Over the next eighteen months we will roll out additional services- services that will continue to provide a real competitive advantage to Irish businesses, not only operating here but also to their international subsidiaries.”
Prices for Magnet Businesses bundled packages start from €146.80 per month (ex VAT) for 10Meg broadband, 3 lines and bundled national and mobile calls.
