Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), one of the leading global consulting and information technology services company, will announce both Indian GAAP and US GAAP results for its fourth quarter and year ended March 31st 2008, on the morning of April 21st, 2008 (IST).
The release will be followed by a conference call where Satyam’s Founder and Chairman B. Ramalinga Raju, Ram Mynampati, Member of the Board & President, Commercial and Healthcare businesses, and other members of Satyam management will discuss the performance of the quarter.
