Officials at Attorneys Title announce the appointments of Michelle Mullins and Janie Ensley as marketing representatives for the company’s new consolidated Western district office.
In their new roles, Mullins and Ensley will oversee client recruitment, as well as work with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with Attorneys Title products and services.
“Both Janie and Michelle are seasoned industry professionals who speak with authority and enthusiasm about Attorney Title’s commitment to provide superior legal knowledge and experience,” said Bryan Rosenberg, senior vice president and regional manager at United General Title Insurance Co., the parent company of Attorneys Title. “Despite the temporary national real estate slowdown, Attorneys Title continues to expand in North Carolina and throughout the Southeast as the preferred provider of title insurance. I am very pleased that Michelle and Janie have joined our team.”
Attorneys Title also announced the establishment of a new Western district office, which serves 14 counties in the North Carolina foothills and mountains. By consolidating the administrative functions of the company’s Hendersonville and Asheville offices, Attorneys Title will realize greater efficiencies and provide even more responsive customer service, Rosenberg said.
The consolidation of administrative functions in the Western district will be transparent to customers, since the company’s office locations in Asheville and Hendersonville remain open. Kimberly Rosenberg will serve as title counsel for the Western district office, and Shannon Davenport will serve as branch manager.
