Darra James Coleman, a shareholder at Rogers Townsend & Thomas, P.C., has become certified as a circuit court mediator by the South Carolina Supreme Court’s Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification.
Ms. Coleman concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, construction law, employment, products liability and insurance defense. She is admitted to the South Carolina Bar and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Law Association, Defense Research Institute, South Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association, South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, Richland County Bar Association and Lexington County Bar Association. Ms. Coleman is an active member of the SC Bar Law-Related Education Committee.
