Champion Solutions Group announces the launch of its national Printer Maintenance Program to offer industry-leading remote and onsite warranty and post-warranty support for printers, multi-function peripherals, and scanners at cost savings of up to 50% below competing programs. Under this program, Champion can service virtually any printer model and type, along with all associated printer components, including monochrome and color laser printers, inkjet printers, dot matrix printers, thermal, line and wide format devices, plotters and point of sale (POS) printers.
The Champion Printer Maintenance Program, which Champion spokesmen confirm is generating significant traction in the hardware maintenance industry, is designed to increase client productivity through increased printer infrastructure uptime and availability and faster help desk and field service response. Additionally, by shifting the burden of printer-related help desk calls from the clients’ internal help desks to Champion and its service partners, client IT department bandwidth can spend more time on critical technology projects, which contributes to additional client productivity.
