Debut Broadcasting Corporation, Inc. (OTC BB: DBTB.OB), a media and entertainment company, today announced partnerships with Boswell Media and MJI Interactive that will provide new advertising and listener interaction opportunities for its radio stations.

The new business relationships with Boswell Media and MJI Interactive bring top 100 market technologies to the Debut Broadcasting™ network, which increases the company’s revenue producing capabilities and its value. Boswell Media, a broadcast, Internet and events marketing company, provides an integrated advertising platform for the Web sites of Debut-owned radio stations. Additionally, MJI’s Mobile Xpress Messenger™ service allows Debut to enhance listener interaction with two-way text messaging between radio stations and listeners, and improving advertiser/consumer interaction.

Boswell Media’s scrolling banner ad capabilities will be utilized throughout Debut’s radio stations’ Websites. The scrolling banner ads will be placed at the top of each Web page in order to maximize visibility and will enable every advertiser equal advertising time and space through the continuous scrolling. Boswell Media will provide this Internet infrastructure, as well as technical and sales training, to ensure Debut’s existing radio sales force is trained to integrate the new media opportunities into ad campaigns.

• The ability to conduct real-time audience polls
• Subscription management services, which enables the station to easily send targeted text message updates to listeners who have opted-in

Text message capabilities provided by MJI Interactive also create additional advertising outlets and opportunities for ad partners, and subsequently an increase in revenue due to additional advertising channels. The two-way text technology allows the radio stations to easily send out promotions, coupons and messages from its advertising partners straight to listeners’ cellular phones.

Prior to being acquired by Debut, its radio stations were standalone operations and the technologies implemented through new relationships with Boswell Media and MJI were not cost effective. Debut's strategy brings tactics and technologies traditionally reserved for the top 100 radio markets into the smaller market service areas in which it operates.
