Poma & Sons, Inc., parent company of Redi-Tilt, announced that it will host a series of catered luncheons throughout the state of Florida in the offices of select structural engineers, architects, design/build contractors and developers, according to Jason Poma, Vice President. The luncheons will begin in March on the Treasure Coast and continue throughout the year.

Sponsored by Redi-Tilt, a division of Poma & Sons, Inc., the luncheons will feature a short presentation introducing the Redi-Tilt patented pre-cast structural concrete and steel wall panel system and Poma Construction’s shell contracting division.

“We began using the Redi-Tilt system in 2000 and received our patent in 2006,” Poma said. “The system has been incorporated into the design and construction of over 25 major commercial, industrial, institutional, and retail projects so far in Florida and North Carolina. To realize the greatest savings in both time and money on commercial projects, the Redi-Tilt system should be incorporated at the design stage. Consequently, we are gearing our luncheons so that our potential clients will see those savings from the outset.”

Redi-Tilt’s patented wall system offers developers and contractors a strong and lightweight concrete and steel wall panel system for wall heights to thirty feet, and the panels install in a fraction of the time as conventional tilt-up construction or block. Redi-Tilt meets or exceeds building codes nationwide including Miami-Dade County.

While primarily used for commercial construction, Redi-Tilt also has applications in residential construction as well. The panels serve as the walls and roof of a 1,250 SF residence in Stuart, FL. The home is energy efficient and can withstand winds of over 200 MPH.

A division of Poma and Sons, Inc. of Palm City, FL, Redi-Tilt is the patented precast concrete wall system that economically offers the flexibility in design, fabrication, and timely delivery and installation for all shell construction.

Poma And Sons, Inc. companies and affiliated companies include Redi-Tilt, patented tilt-up wall panel system; Poma Construction, licensed Florida general contractor; Poma Construction-Railing Division, manufacturer and installer of quality custom handrails and specialty metalwork; Poma Development, premier developer on Florida’s East Coast; and Palm City Sand, mining operation.
