Dr. Tarek Kamel, Egypt’s Minister of Communication and Information Technology inaugurated Xceed’s new facility yesterday, February 5, 2008. Dr. Ahmed Nazif, Egypt’s Prime Minister, plans on visiting the new facility tomorrow also; which reinforces the Government support for the consistently growing industry.
The new facility is a mirror of Xceed’s current facility in terms of software and hardware systems and infrastructure, which reflects the very best of current international contact center standards. The facility is operating at a capacity of 215 seats, which are expected to employ 400 people. ”The new contact center is currently utilized by 60% and employs 230 agents, which reinforces Xceed’s position as an industry leader, and the overall industry growth at a macro level” explains Ossama Nazmi Xceed’s Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.
