The office complex, located in Krakow, Poland, is being sold to Credit Suisse Asset Management, which has its headquarters in Frankfurt.
Rondo Business Park is a modern, A-class office complex with a total rentable area of 17,500 sq meters and 500 parking spaces (surface and garage). The development consists of three buildings: a 14-storey tower, a 3-storey wing, and a 5-storey building, in the final phase of realisation, linked with the tower. The buildings feature a curved glass, stone and aluminium facade. With a location ensuring easy access to the city center, Rondo Business Park has attracted major international tenants such as Capgemini, Statoil and ArcelorMittal.
Rondo Business Park is the second major office development in Krakow to be successfully developed and sold by the Buma Group, and follows closely the completion and sale of the 28,000 sq meter Buma Square Business Park office complex just over one year ago. With these two developments, the Buma Group has firmly established itself as one of the largest and most successful developers in the Krakow market.
John Banka, of Colliers International Poland's Investment Advisory Group, said, "This important transaction confirms the status of the Buma Group as a top rank, quality developer and, further enhances the city of Krakow's growing reputation as a desirable location for multinational firms and investment capital. The Investment Advisory Group at Colliers is delighted to have assisted its Client, Buma Group, with the deal".
