Garden Grove, CA, United States, 01/29/2008 - Susie Phillips, a former executive at Countrywide Home Loans, has joined Informative Research as the company’s Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development.

In her new role, Phillips will help the Garden Grove, Calif.-based credit information provider develop and refine its mortgage-related products and services. She will also help the company streamline its business processes, cultivate new business relationships and expand its market presence.

Shortly after assuming the VP role at Informative Research, Phillips began working with sales, marketing and information technology staff to assist with the rollout of a new credit report designed specifically for reverse mortgage applications. She also began researching opportunities for growth in the company’s product offerings and geographic sales coverage.

Prior to joining Informative Research, Phillips spent 10 years in production technology support and strategic planning for the Retail Division of Countrywide Home Loans. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President of Diversification Initiation and Strategic Planning at a Countrywide subsidiary, where she helped to develop and introduce credit software.
