Liz Downing, marketing manager of The Maynard, said: “We have tried to make the pricing realistic, balancing the fact that we will have a truly unique offering with a need to remain competitive in the local marketplace.
”We have now decided on all the individual room schemes and the building work proceeds at a great pace. We are currently on target to hit our early March re-opening for the rooms and visitors will therefore be able to benefit from the new look boutique hotel for the entire spring and summer season.
