Recent announcements of partnership arrangements with Australian e-learning provider B-Online and Canadian Enterprise Learning Portal provider Operitel Corporation have underlined the progress that Atlantic Link have made since appointing a Vice President for International Sales earlier in 2007.

The stunning achievement of being the only company to win two awards at the prestigious Brandon Hall E-learning Shootouts in California has cemented their presence in the international e-learning marketplace.

Atlantic Link’s Atlanta office has also secured its first 3 North American orders, including Royal Bank of Canada, Alcon Labs and Pella Windows.

“B Online is a premier provider of e-learning in Australia and we are delighted to have them on board”, says Peter Hopley, Atlantic Link’s VP for International Sales.

B Online has over 20 years experience in all key components of a total e-learning solution, education, training, VET, strategic business management, corporate business IT solutions and e-learning technologies.
“The key to effective e-learning is rapid authoring that produces highly engaging, interactive and stimulating e-learning that is easy to use” Says Rebecca Hall MD at B Online. “We have been looking at this market to find the best product with the latest technology for some time. We saw Atlantic Link and immediately knew it was very different” says Hall. “The combination of collaborative authoring from a central server with the world’s best PowerPoint and simulation to e-learning software made Atlantic Link the most complete solution that we have seen”.

Operitel Corporation specializes in building enterprise Learning Portal solutions with LearnFlex™, their flexible fourth-generation learning management system and this combined with their expertise in Microsoft SharePoint® Portal solutions delivers a world class LMS solution.
“The ability to produce and edit rich e-learning content is a key requirement for most organizations today. What organizations need is a rapid elearning authoring tool that produces and delivers high-quality elearning but is simple to use and maintain,” said Michael Skinner, President and CEO of Operitel Corporation. “The combination of collaborative authoring from a central server with the award winning PowerPoint and simulation to elearning conversion tool made Atlantic Link a great extension to the LearnFlex LMS.”

The joint venture drew accolades from both sides. “Operitel has one of the best LMS systems in the market and can boast a blue chip client base and we are confident that our combined technologies represent world class solutions for our customers and a win-win for our two companies,” said Mike Covol, SVP of Sales of Atlantic Link.

Mike Alcock is positive about the progress that Atlantic Link is making: “The Brandon Hall wins, our new client wins and these new partnerships demonstrate that we can stand toe to toe in the international marketplace with the big American providers and come out on top. We are looking forward to continuing to pressing forward with our international expansion in 2008.”

Notes for Editors
1. Atlantic Link is taking part in this year's Learning Technologies exhibition on 30 and 31 January and will be demonstrating its award-winning e-learning products. See us on stand number 5.

2. Atlantic Link provides the world's most advanced rapid elearning tools. Record breaking sales figures and big name clients demonstrate that Atlantic Link's rapid authoring software is revolutionising elearning production.

Atlantic Link Limited was founded in 2002 by Mike Alcock and Tony Reddington. Having worked in e-learning for many years, Tony and Mike had come to the conclusion that e-learning was too slow and expensive to produce, too complicated for most people to create and almost impossible to maintain.

The aim is to bring e-learning development to ordinary users. With the Atlantic Link software, anyone who can use a computer can create stunning e-learning and unleash the knowledge locked within themselves and their organisations.

Atlantic Link has built up an impressive blue-chip customer base in the UK and overseas, including world-leading brands from the automotive, finance, retail and government sectors. It is also developing an extensive channel partnership network for the provision of e-learning solutions internationally.
