CEO & Chairman Jim Walker of Octagon Research Solutions, Inc., a leader in the electronic transformation of clinical R&D in the life sciences industry, today announced that several Octagon resources will be presenting at the 21st Annual DIA Conference for Electronic Document Management.
As part of their continued commitment to thought leadership within the industry, three of Octagon’s most experienced team members will be presenting on topics that are important to pharmaceutical and biotech companies looking to gain efficiencies across the document and regulatory submission lifecycles.
• John Aitken, Ph.D., managing director, West Coast Operations, is a member of the conference programming committee and will be presenting in a pre-conference tutorial entitled, “Electronic Odyssey”, which will discuss the opportunities to integrate various phases of electronic document lifecycle. Dr. Aitken will also chair a conference session entitled, “Metadata: The Future of Electronic Document Management”.
• Patrick Thomas, associate director, Regulatory Affairs, will present, “Getting off to the Right Start: Adapting Best Practices to Meet Client Needs” within the conference session entitled, “Managing Submissions with Partners”.
• Jim Reilly, consultant, Software Implementation, will present, “The Importance of Process Analysis in Global Submissions Management” within the conference session entitled, “Leading Change of Your Evolving Document Management System”.
