About Coeus International School (CIS)
Founded by Dr. J Daniel Hollinger, CIS (coeusis.org) offers a unique educational opportunity for young people in the Washington metropolitan area. Exceptionally talented and experienced faculty members, with a proven track record in developing and implementing highly successful dual-language, IB Programmes, engage students in meaningful and relevant learning. Coeus students excel academically and socially, become proficient in two or more world languages, and acquire knowledge and skills to be global citizens. Through inquiry-based, interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary teaching and learning, Coeus students transcend the confining boundaries of disciplines, languages, classrooms and cultural stereotypes to think, create, research, analyze, read and write above and beyond traditional expectations.
