Atlanta, GA, United States, 12/11/2007 - A 'Sneak Preview' was recently held at The Providence Group's newest Sandy Springs community - The Highlands of Sandy Springs. The event attracted agents from top real estate agencies throughout metro Atlanta, and was held in one the new model homes.

The Providence Group hosted a ‘Sneak Preview’ for metro-Atlanta real estate agents at The Highlands of Sandy Springs on November 6, showcasing the community and the two new model homes. The Highlands of Sandy Springs is a townhome and condominium community located just minutes from GA 400 and I-285 and features homes priced from the $190’s to the $480’s.
The event attracted agents representing the top real estate agencies throughout metro Atlanta. All in attendance were treated to a delicious lunch catered by Proof of the Pudding. In addition, the agents participated in various raffles to win prizes that included four Hawks tickets and a $100 gift card to Simon Malls.

The fully decorated Livingston model was the venue for the luncheon, which allowed agents to get a full sense of the quality and luxurious features of the homes at The Highlands. The Livingston is a two-story townhome with a finished basement and two-car garage. Including the basement, the Livingston offers approximately 2,900 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three and one-half baths. Follow Roswell Road to a right onto Dalrymple Road. Turn right on Dalrymple and the entrance to the community will be on the right.
