Implementing Bubble Guru's video message solution within their online shopping application, LetsTalk.com, a leading provider of wireless products and services for online consumers, showed a 5% increase in online sales after conducting an A/B usability test for a period of one month.
During the test period, tracking tools measured visitor interaction in which half of all LetsTalk.com visitors were provided a regular version of their online shopping application, while the other half were provided a version using Bubble Guru's video message system.
With over 100,000 unique visitors each day, the one month test revealed a 5% sales increase for visitors who used Bubble Guru's video message system over those who did not.
