Obeo, a leading provider of full-service residential real estate online marketing products in North America, will feature its newest product, HomeSite, at the Triple Play 2007 REALTOR® Convention and Trade Expo Dec. 4-6 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Altantic City, N.J.
Triple Play is the largest annual convention and trade show of its type in the U.S. The theme for this year’s event is “Small Steps to Big Moves,” featuring more than 50 educational sessions with industry leaders and more than 495 exhibitor booths. Among other special events, attendees can participate in an opening night icebreaker reception as well as a grand assembly session with renowned stress coach and humorist Loretta LaRouche.
As a company that sells to the REALTOR® community, Obeo will have a major presence at the Trade Expo at Booths #1000 and #1002 on the show floor. Additionally, Jonathan Nicholas, Obeo senior vice president of sales and marketing, will be instructing the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) designation course, “Managing and Leading Teams,” at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel.
Currently serving as the CRB president, Nicholas is a much sought after speaker, industry strategist and futurist for his trade. He also serves the National Association of REALTORS on various committees ranging from public policy to business issues.
Also speaking will be Verl Workman, an industry veteran, educator, motivational speaker and consultant to Obeo. His first presentation titled “Palm Top Management: Get in Sync” will cover some of the most popular devices and ways to maximize PDA usage to establish better relationships and save time.
The second presentation, “How Smart Agents are Turning Clicks into Commissions,” examines the latest “eBusiness models” and what the Internet consumer really expects. Attendees will learn how to generate quality web traffic, how to get those clicks to stick – and how to turn them into sales.
