Today, Frederick Stodolak, a former corporate executive with Accuro Healthcare Solutions and Quadramed Corporation announced that he has formed Panacea Healthcare Solutions, LLC, a healthcare financial and information technology consulting company, offering services that improve their customer’s financial performance.
“We are excited about this new company because it combines our thirty years of expertise in healthcare information technology and healthcare finance to provide contemporary solutions and advice to our customers,” said Mr. Stodolak, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Panacea Healthcare Solutions. “Our focus initially is to introduce practical services that help providers establish defensible prices in this era of increased public scrutiny. Additionally, we will offer unique services that reduce the financial burden placed on hospitals as a result of inappropriate payment practices by payers. Mr. Stodolak previously founded Healthcare Design Systems in 1989 which later became the strong foundation for Quadramed Corporation's initial public offering. In 2002 he founded Innovative Health Solutions which in 2005 was acquired by Accuro Healthcare Solutions, a Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe backed company.
