Dubai, UAE, United Arab Emirates, 11/14/2007 - Mitel®, the trusted provider of IP communications solutions, today announced that it has completed the installation of a state-of-the-art training centre at the premises of the incumbent telecommunications operator PTC Yemen.

The centre, donated by Mitel Networks, is to serve as a training facility for PTC’s sales and engineering staff as it commences the distribution of Mitel's IP communications solutions to businesses of all sizes in Yemen.
The training centre was inaugurated by Mr. Kamal Hussein Al-Jebry, Minister of Telecommunication and ICT in Yemen, who highlighted the importance of introducing new technology to the various ministries across Yemen.
