Tata Interactive Systems (TIS)’s new office, in Koln – principally a sales and after-sales service centre serving the central European German-speaking markets – augments TIS’s existing offices in Tubingen, Germany, and Zurich, Switzerland.
TIS’s CFO, Amita Karia, commented: “With the strengthening of the Euro in world money markets, it makes good business sense to ramp up our European presence.”
According to Sanjaya Sharma, TIS’s CEO: “This move helps to consolidate our expansion within the European market, building on our many achievements in the UK and German markets over a number of years.
“Within Europe – and, indeed, globally – we are enabling our clients’ corporate initiatives and meeting their business needs through our consulting services, e-learning materials, simulations and electronic performance support systems (EPSS),” he revealed. “This portfolio of products and services is enabling us to move from fulfilling single projects for clients to building long term, holistic relationships with our clients, helping them to develop their workforces to achieve their business strategies and goals.”
