ALTRA Magazine Obtains Exclusive Photos of 'Behind The Scene' Preparations for the Beijing Olympics

New York, NY, United States, 11/07/2007 - ALTRA Magazine has obtained exclusive photos from behind the scene preparations of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. They will appear in the “Countdown to the Beijing Olympics – Exclusive behind the scene” pictorial feature, slated to publish this December.
The photos were taken throughout various parts of Beijing by international correspondents since the very beginning of the Olympics preparations, they will be shown in four categories:
“The Bird’s Nest” – Views of the official Olympic stadium and the surrounding construction area
“The Team”– Workers throughout Beijing’s various construction sites
“The People” – How the Beijing citizens are being affected by the changes brought on by this event, and how they're preparing for it

The feature will also offer other valuable information and resources, such as the creation of the mascot, artists behind the scene, games schedule and tickets, and getting around Beijing.
The purpose of featuring these photos is to inform the public of Beijing's progress on preparing for the 2008 Olympics, in a non-mainstream fashion. There will also be a special advertising section attached to this feature.
