Debt Settlement America (DSA) headquartered in Dallas, Texas chose Lacey Stephen as their inaugural “DSA Employee of the Month.” Her exemplary attitude and efficient job practices led her to become the “DSA September Employee of the Month.” Lacey graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. from The University of Texas at Dallas and has been in the industry for a little over a year. She is a member of The Association of Settlement Companies (TASC) Board at Large. Lacey is also a Certified Debt Specialist (CDS) and member of the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators (IAPDS).

The DSA Employee of the Month is selected based on several areas of criteria, such as: exceeding expectations in job duties and responsibilities, displaying exceptional skills working within their department as well as through out all departments, and the must have received positive feedback from DSA clients and or fellow DSA employees. The DSA management team votes on the DSA Employee of the Month, and Kesterson, President and CEO of DSA, announces the winner at the beginning of each month at the “State of the Company” meeting.
