AutoDrill Introduces New 5000 Series Drill and ER32 Style Multiple Spindle Drill Head
NewswireToday - /newswire/ -
Millington, NY, United States, 10/21/2007 - An AutoDrill system recently helped a customer increase production.
By making use of AutoDrill's new 5000 series drill and ER32 style multiple spindle drill head, the customer was able to perform what is considered to be a large hole drilling procedure with ease.
Linear adjusting drills were incorporated for varied hole spacing options as well. The customer achieved faster and more accurate production with much less hassle. The multi-spindle head was provided with two different adapters so that the customer could use the gang drill on the automatic drilling machine as well as on a Bridgeport milling machine.
The customer had previously used Commander / RMT brand drill heads but has recently decided to switch over due to spare parts being unavailable. The multiple spindle head the customer chose had multiple patterns built in so that the customer could rotate the head and perform different processes with the same product. AutoDrill offers free application and design assistance.
Free CAD drawings are available for all their equipment. All AutoDrill products are covered by a warranty and guarantee that insures that the customer is pleased no matter what. Multi-spindle heads can be made for milling machines, drill presses, automatic drills, CNC-type machines, direct motor mounts, and just about any driver that can be provided.
