Who knows great food better than celebrity chef/bestselling author-Maria Liberati. She will be bringing her special brand of The Basic Art of Italian Cooking to the Pennsylvania Holiday Food and Beverage Show at the Toyota Arena York Expo Center in York, Pa on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 17th and 18th.
She is slated to make special guest appearances at the largest Food show for consumers in Pennsylvania/Delaware/NJ areas-
Maria will be doing two on stage appearances to celebrate the Holiday season:
Saturday, November 17th- at 2pm Maria will be on stage with her holiday menu from her new DVD release- a companion DVD to The Basic Art of Italian Cooking. Menu includes:
• Risotto with champagne
• Focaccia Bread
• Insalata Sapori made with Maria’s new line of spices –Sapori-Tuscan Picnic blend
Sunday, November 18th at 1pm, Maria will be doing a wine pairing with Tuscan style appetizers and bruschetta.
Maria will be featured on WYCR FM radio in a series of commercials, interviews and radio talk programs up until show dates.
Tickets are available at the door for $15 that includes wine and beer sampling or $11 General Admission and no sampling.
