On October 12th and 13th, Seattleites will be able to experience the Los Angeles frozen yogurt craze firsthand as Cefiore opens its 17th store in the Evergreen State. In celebration of bringing L.A.’s “best frozen treat” to Starbucks’ hometown, Cefiore will hand out free yogurt coupons between 2-7pm.
“We’re excited to bring Cefiore frozen yogurt to such a great city,” says Cefiore VP, Danny Kim. “Seattle is home to home to the best coffee; we want to bring it the best frozen yogurt.”
As part of their promotion, Cefiore is giving away thousands of coupons to students of Seattle University, University of Washington, and Seattle Pacific University.
Says Kim, “We wanted to offer students the opportunity to try our product, and check out our newest location. Seattle is a very cool, trendsetting city, which is why we have decided to expand into the Pacific Northwest.”
Cefiore, considered to be the underdog in L.A.’s “Cold War,” was recently voted “Best Frozen Treat” by L.A. Downtown News. The competition has recently heated up with Cefiore’s location count currently at 17 with rival Pinkberry at 26, according to their respective websites.
Cefiore offers a variety of flavors to choose from such as plain, blackberry, green tea, and raspberry-pomegranate, adding a unique touch with fresh fruit and toppings.
