St. Louis based We Care Worldwide unveils its Global Entrepreneur Training Institute. The company’s Fall 2007 Young Entrepreneur Training class consisting of young adults from 8 U.S. states, 4 countries, and 9 major institutions of higher learning. Each is attending on a Scholarship as part of a $90M donation by We Care Worldwide. Scholarships will be issued throughout 2007-2008.
Classes are conducted live across 4 countries through a multi media conferencing platform that supports interactive dialogue, quizzes, and other normal elements typically found in classrooms. Self-paced modules augment instructor-led sessions. Sessions are also available to students as podcasts. World-class experts in their area have come on board as Guest Faculty.
Students who complete the program will receive a certificate indicating that they have a working knowledge of, and application strategies for, skills that include: how to build and sustain a business in a 21st century global commerce environment; how to develop business-to-business collaborations and vertical integration of business models; how to guide and practice economic reciprocity; heightened problem-solving skills; effective business writing capability, including business plans; how to use Microsoft productivity tools; commitment to community service and development; and much more.
