	This agreement extends to cities with a middle-to-high income demographic such as Berkley and Walnut Creek. The Company, who recently announced a Master Franchise Agreement with Titan Group Inc. for Northern Florida, is continuing its aggressive expansion program by entering the San Francisco Bay Area with a strong regional partner in order to quickly penetrate this territory.
