House Hunters is the first reality series that enables viewers to live vicariously through individuals, couples, and families as they recognize their own anticipation, fear and delight in the search for their ideal home.

House Hunters takes viewers behind the scenes of what may be the biggest financial and emotional purchase of a person's life. From touring open houses to making offers, each half-hour episode highlights the real experiences of finding and purchasing a new home.
The episode featuring The Preserve East Atlanta follows a single woman in her 30s who is ready to mingle in downtown Atlanta. Moving from Duluth, she and her dog are looking to leave her three-bedroom, two and a half bath home for a new place intown. She is hoping to find property that's similar in size to her current home, but without an open floor plan and more land.
“We were very happy to accommodate the entire crew of House Hunters as they filmed on site at The Preserve East Atlanta,” said Beth Ann Clanin, the on-site agent at The Preserve. “However, we were even more excited to offer the home shopper the opportunity to tour the community and its homes during her home search. The Preserve East Atlanta is a unique community because it is located intown and offers 18 acres of undisturbed greenspace, as well as a stream and a walking trail.”
Ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,400 square feet, the homes at The Preserve East Atlanta offer many of today’s amenities, as well as the charm of historic homes.
