(NASDAQ: SUMT) welcomes industry luminary and recently retired Wal-Mart USA Vice President of Talent Planning and Development John DiBenedetto as its keynote speaker for TotalConnection 2007, SumTotal’s global user conference running from September 18 to 20 in Dallas, Texas, at the Hilton Anatole.
DiBenedetto will share his thoughts on and experiences with transforming talent management at the world’s largest retailer, Wal-Mart. As part of this Herculean and far-ranging effort, DiBenedetto built a “SuperCenter of Learning,” dubbed Wal-Mart University, for the retailer’s more than 1 million U.S.-based associates.
